Terms of service

1. The service

We operate a platform connecting players with court owners. Venues set their own prices, hours and cancellation windows. We collect payment on the venue's behalf, take a commission on bookings we bring the venue, and pay the venue the balance.

Every listed venue has been visited in person by our team before going live. If a court is materially not as listed when you arrive, tell us within 24 hours and we refund the booking in full.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian manage the account. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Court owners warrant that they have the right to rent the courts they list and that the information they provide is accurate.

3. Bookings and payment

A slot is held for ten minutes while you pay. The booking confirms when our payment aggregator reports the QR Ph payment as received. If payment arrives after the hold has lapsed and the slot has been taken, the amount is credited to your wallet.

Prices are set by venues and shown in Philippine pesos, inclusive of our fees. Bookings recorded by venue staff at the counter are between you and the venue.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Each venue sets a free-cancellation window, shown before you pay. Cancel before the window and the full amount is refunded to your wallet. Cancel inside it and the venue keeps the percentage shown at booking; the rest is refunded to your wallet.

If the venue cancels, or we cancel because a court is not as listed, you receive a full refund including our fees.

Wallet balance can be spent on any booking or cashed out to any InstaPay-enabled account. Cash-outs are sent within one business day and have a minimum of ₱100.

5. Open games

An organiser who has paid for a court may open it to other players (a guaranteed game). Joiners pay a per-head share which is held by us until the game has been played, then released to the organiser. A joiner who leaves inside the venue's cancellation window, or does not show up, forfeits the share to the organiser.

On slots a venue has marked for it, players may start an open-run game. Each participant pays only a share; the court is booked and paid when the minimum roster is reached. If the minimum is not reached by the cutoff, every share is refunded in full.

Organisers must mark attendance honestly. Reliability scores are derived from attendance and are visible to organisers.

6. Court owners

Listing is free. Our commission is 5% of each booking we bring for the venue's first six months or first 200 bookings, whichever comes first, and 8% thereafter, with payment processing included. A venue may instead choose a flat monthly plan, priced per court and shown before switching; on that plan processing fees are passed through and an unpaid invoice returns the venue to commission after seven days.

Payouts are made weekly to the bank account confirmed at the verification visit, net of commission and any customer refunds owed. Venues must honour confirmed bookings and keep listed information current.

7. Conduct

No abusive behaviour towards players, venues or staff. No listing courts you do not control. No use of the platform to move money unrelated to court bookings. We may suspend accounts that break these rules and withhold payouts pending investigation of fraud.

8. Liability

Venues are responsible for the safety and condition of their courts. We are not liable for injuries or losses at a venue beyond refunding the booking. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid through the platform in the twelve months before the claim.
